Boroume represents the collective effort of a group of people to reduce food waste and at the same time to increase donated food in Greece.

Boroume's goal is to coordinate the procedure for donating goods to those in need. It bears no responsibility whatsoever for the donated goods and does not guarantee their quality.

Boroume participates in the SOUFOOD project
Given that 1/3 of agricultural production remains uncollected in the field, the SOULFOOD electronic platform is a modern tool for dealing with the serious challenge of food waste in the agricultural sector
Byron College participates in “Boroume at the Farmers’ Market” program
The young volunteers of Byron College saved approximately 444 kilos of produce, with which food support was provided
